TERMS
 • Payment: Full payment is due on sale day by cash or good check. All persons must register with a valid photo drivers license. All merchandise must be paid for before removal from premises. We are Telecheck subscribers.
• Auctioneer reserves right to withdraw any property prior to auction.
• All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no guarantees or warranties implied of any kind. Any statement made by auctioneer or seller on merchandise is to be used as a guide only.
• Ownership title is passed to buyer when auctioneer declares SOLD or by fall of the gavel. At that moment, property is at risk of the buyer and neither seller, nor the auctioneer shall be responsible for loss, damage, security, missing or misplaced items.
• Merchandise must be removed on sale day, unless appointment is made with owner. Any items left for removal at later appointed time, are not the responsibility of auctioneer or owner.
• Auctioneer, Auction Company, nor Seller assumes responsibility for accidents or loss due to theft, fire, vandalism, or personal injury.
• All buyers accept terms and conditions of auction prior to registration.
• Announcements made day of sale take precedence over all printed, oral statements, or previously released material.
